Turkey lettuce wraps are healthy, delicious and nutritious! You can make them with either ground beef, ground chicken, or ground turkey (this is the yummiest in my opinion). There’s a variety of ways you can toss them! Sometimes I use asian sauce, sometimes, barbecue, and sometimes I just leave it plain! I love to make these for “taco Tuesday” and top them off with some soy cheese and mushrooms for a little zest. If I’m trying to carb up I also love to add brown rice and some beans! It’s a quick and easy meal to make and usually lasts me around 2 meals (lunch/dinner). My friends love when I make this so try this next time you have a social gathering and want to feed a few people quickly!
